LDS Film Festival and 'a Step in Time'

The deadline has come and gone for the LDS Film Festival (, and we'd hoped to have had a Step in Time finished to have submitted it. This has been a crazy year (I'm sure for all of us), and time just went by too fast. We have "all the film in the can" as it were, so we're strictly now concentrating on the post work. We anticipate an early Spring 2010 release, giving us enough time to get the ducks in a row. Thank you for hanging in there, I know there are quite a few looking forward to this film being released.

Meanwhile, enjoy the Film Festival. It's been great every year. Christian puts on a great festival, and we're never disappointed with the caliber of filmmakers who's work we get to see.

One Good Man

I saw this film at the LDS Film Festival ( and loved it. I'm not a Bishop, but it hit the nail on the head on trying to juggle several things as a father. It's coming to theaters October 9th, be sure to check it out. It's on as well as it's own website

One Man's Treasure

Another film for consideration is called, "One Man's Treasure". People that worked on/acted in aSiT also worked on/acted in this show as well. If you get a chance to see it, rent it, or buy it, please do!

Minor Details

Be sure to check out some of our friends/actors in the recent film Minor Details. It's a great film with Lauren and Caitlin (as well as other great cast members!), Goto and check it out!

a Step in Time

aSiT is still in Post, but we've been able to get a couple of shots we still needed a few weeks back. It's take some time to get back into the stride. Hopefully we'll be able to finish up the editing, get the effects and audio done by our deadline in January for showing. It's a fun little show, and those that have seen previews of it have had good comments. Lots of good things learned on this production, and we're looking forward to our next! Stay Tuned!

Aspen Road Entertainment Blog

Hopefully I'll be able to keep this updated enough to keep it interesting. Look forward to more information about our projects and things that are going on with ARE.
